The slat attached to the fuselage is dented pretty bad too.
A roll of covering to repair the hole and dents would be much appreciated.

The right gear shock assembly binds badly because the holes were'nt drilled square. The right main gear should be replaced.

Yeah you should feel the power! I ran her outside today wingless and she got her wheels rolling for the first time on her own power. I wish I could of got a video or pic but no one was around to help me out. Ground handliing was pretty good thus far. And those longs sexy legs.....a thing of beauty!

On a 6S pack swinging a 20x15 APC electric prop, you can definitely feel the pull. I will also try out a 10S pack since my system is rated for it. I'll get all the numbers with various props and battery combos and post my findings when completed. I'd like to see more Wilgas take flight this year.

Can you tell it's one of my favorite planes.

We had one Based down the road from the airfield in Stratford when lived there it used to pull Gliders from the Airfield straight up over the Mountain we talking 5 nautical miles here mountian 8500foot high they are no slugs.

It was either the Porter or the Wilga for me. You know what I chose.

Found some clear acrylic tubing we can use to support the ribs in the fuselage which joins the wings. I get these when I buy torque tubes for my helis and I save them just in case. They have a pretty thick wall. .050

If you want a chunk, email me.

Rib support tubes installed.

That took all of 10 minutes. Cut then tack with medium CA and you're done!
