Underpowered quad??

hi all, i hope i can find a solution to this issue i have with my dyi quad. not th efirst built but my first with APM.

here's my config

APM 2.6
(4x) SunnySky V2216 800kv
(4x) 11x4.7 props (APC clones)
(4x) ESC Mystery 30A BEC
Frame style DJI 450 (clone)
Battery Lipo 11.1 3S 5500mah - 35C (brand Floureon)
+ sonar + optflow + 3rd radio + landing skids + GoPro + Gimbal
Total weight with including battery: 1.87kg

based on brand specs I thought the SunnySky had something like 500g thrust each at 50% Throttle... that's why I thought I could lift a 2kg quad easily...

but my APM dataflash logs should that I need 75-80% throttle to hover...(~790 value)
and my battery last only 5minuts where i know other users have flown 8mins with 3S and same motors...

what or how should I investigate my issue?

I heard someone said that clone APC props are not as good as real APC and i can lose almost 200g thrust each prop (diff between fake/real apc)... it this true?? does it really effect the thrust so much a low quality prop??

should I try with different ESCs?
should I change props?
should i get a different battery?

i'm bummed... i thought this 800kv motors were very strong...
