It looks like two smaller fans at the landing gear mount area

I fear that even with a lightweight fuselage and wing, once you add in three more servos ad the battery to drive them (let's skip the rudder, two more servos set as elevons) the entire thing will be too heavy to hover. Still, it's a neat step forward.
I'd like to see pictures of the three bearing swivel duct. I think there might be some performance to be gained by building the duct as a toroidal section and then cutting it into the three swivelling sections to straighten it. It would mean fewer "kinks" in the airflow while in VTOL mode, and the section of each cut would be exactly round.

I Agree This is not easy, Total weight is now 1602 gram. and I got 2356 gram of thrust in the hover mode. I used 70mm duct in the front. 2 50mm for ailrons and a simple 65mm in the rear. it gives me a flight time of 2,5 minutes on a 3700 4S 45C. I will post fotos of the baering duct. and i will tell you guys more about this project. many thanks for the positive reply's Sorry for my bad english

I started to make the little 50 mm fans in a horizontal position. They are blowing the air in a tube that is directed into the wing.
