Question
Highest RPM Motor suggestion

Hello,

Can you please suggest me highest RPM motor working with 3s, and a power of 800W~1500W.

I will use it as an air blower. The high RPM the better results.

Thanks

Are you sure you have a fan that will be safe at that RPM? And actually work well as far as moving air at that high an RPM?

Just because you can get a fan up to a speed that is 5 or 10 times higher, does not mean that it will work 5 or 10 times better at the highest speed.

Do you have the fan? Can you post a link to it?

Absolutely! How long do you want it to stay in one piece is the big question

I will use Vacuum Motor Impeller. Hope that can create a pressure at least 1 bars.

Consider a squirrel cage fan that is way more efficient at a lower rpm and have all the volume you want. Just like the ones already manufactured. One made from and EDF would only be smaller in size but the practicality and manufacturing cost makes it prohibitive.
The worst part is the noisy whiney shrill,,,,

I agree with all the above comments... if you must, I think Neu and Lehner inrunners are perhaps some of the best built commercially available inrunners. So look to those brands for handling higher RPM's than the competition without exploding. Higher Kv gives more RPM, but there's a lot more to power system design than RPM.

Thank you Truglodite, that really helped. Lehner motors are cool. lehner 1525/4 is fastest I guess.
