Some help choosing a 60" to 70" wingspan 3d a/c
Hi guys, been flying for a while and although I started with nitro stuff, now all my planes are electric.
I fly 3d, mainly my EF extra 48" and my PA addiction X however nothing can compare with the smell and sound of a gas 4 stroke IC engine. So I recently started looking at engines and stuff but im a bit confused. The 60-70 inch wingspan limit is due to transportation, storage (and costs). I prefer a 60 inch plane however i expect the smaller wingspan the worse 3d characteristics im going to get if im going to use IC engines because i would have to carty that big lump of metal that vibrates on the nose. I also would like a smoke system on board if I can carry the extra weight...
I have no idea which planes are good, which to avoid. All I know is that I want a 4 stroke petrol engine (maybe a saito dunno) so i believe I should be ok with torque. I just need some ideas & reccomendations please. .
