Lower deadband and higher resolution than the 245 series?

My question exactly. I trust the resolution of the 245 on rudder, but not much else. A nice servo, extremely thin and sturdy, but with very coarse response.

I'd love to see an servo that's improved overall, not just a lighter 245.

Resolution and deadband are both 1us.

The servo is lighter and shorter. Will also include a new flipped servo horn we helped design, so that further decreases the overall installed size, very useful in fuselages. Not to mention, better gears so the movements are smoother.

Servos are also ok up to 8.4v, great for the HV guys!

These should arrive on the market in about 1 month or so, I am about to install 4 of these babies into a Vibe. You guys will love the pricing

I am uploading 3 videos right now to youtube. 1 is testing at 3.8v, 1 is testing at 8.4v, and 1 is testing the stall point at 8.4v. Will share links once uploaded... my connection is a little slow this couple days :P

So same as the default deadband of most mks servos. This is good news!

Yup! For those wondering what the relation is between the X08 and 245 series, everything is new. New motor, gears, circuitry, etc.

Definitely looks interesting. I wonder if the 16mm dimension includes the motor sticking out of the case or not? If so, then how high is the case itself, not including the motor? I'm curious if these can be stacked like the DS65k in a Snipe fuse, for example. The DS65k is only 12.5mm high at the "step" in the case.
