Mikey's pusher adjustments

Hello
i've built mikey's pusher plane although i've changed view things,
i've removed the whole tail, making it almost a flying wing, i've placed stabilizers on both ends of the wing.
couple issues came up, is rudder,
there is no rudder at the moment, and thought of flying it with only ailerons / flaps, is this a smart / flyable choice?

the other issue is the control horn, should i place it at the middle of the ailerons, or at the end? position 1 or 2?

front of the plane

You're changing a known working design, and then asking will it fly ? Why change it ?

What are you using as an elevator ?

thanks for respond,
changed it to fit a bigger propeller, yes i could have increased wing's length to fit a bigger prop but i've already made the wing,

as for elevator, flaps down for lift, up for landing,
although i could easily add an elevator,

If you are using same control surfaces for ailerons and elevator it will work but only using flaps for up and down will get you a horribly flying plane you probably wont want to fly.

Any chance of a picture of your model ?

If it's Mikey's model, but without the twin booms and tailplane, then I think you will have a serious problem trying to fly it. Even as a flying wing it will need adjustments to the CG, some reflex, and elevons for control.

i'll try to post a picture later,
it's only the nose and the wing with a kfm2 airfoil
i've added an elevator now,
controls i have are the following
1-ailerons -> one up one down (for left and right turns)
2-ailerons -> both up or both down
3-elevator
4-throttle

i've rewired the motor to esc, motor sound is a lot higher and there seem to be a lot more thrust especially with new prop, looks like it's going to be a great model if other things get sorted

thank you for your support

i've added about 180g at the end of the nose to get the plane balanced, not so sure about CG so far
