My favourite part or actually the best thing about building is the fact that there is always something to tinker. None of my planes actually get finished as long as I fly them (new setups, visual details, repairing etc).

This is what I enjoy. Looking back and saying look what I did. It took me a year no telling how many hours to get here and still have a lot more to go but knowing that I made it happen.

I build from plans myself and enjoy the whole thing including cuts out the parts from sheet material. etc..

As some of you know I'm working on a Dragon Lady that I slightly modified and am in the process of prep-ing for painting and came to the realization I really like sanding (I hope you are sitting down) and enjoy the time doing so. Now if I could only discover a great way to fill in those spots that are too small for filler but show up like craters on the moon when done!

1)Getting the fuselage up on its feet (landing gear and main wheels on) 2) Getting the windshield installed neatly on a high winger, 3) Getting the battery compartment, power system, RC gear and linkage set up.4) Final sanding etc completed, 5) Covering, graphics and final details added.5) Taxiing around the yard 6) Maiden completed with no damage.

I usually taxi around the living room scaring my cats real bad. But I do have to be careful and just blip the throttle.
