The only meat I eat these days, are chicken and fish. I mainly get my protien from whey and casein protein shakes. I was always a big animal lover, really! Today I cannot eat steak or much of anything else. I bet I had you fooled for a second? haha

Had I seen this thread before placing an order, I most likely wouldn't have ordered. I didn't see the thread and I ordered A Wilga from Easy Tiger Models. It was a monthly special, normally $149 on sale for $79 + shipping. I ordered it. I paid for it. I received it well packaged and in perfect shape in about a week. I'm a satisfied customer. I'm not doubting anyone's version of what they've posted here. Just posting my experience.

I saw that plane, looked like a great deal when it went on sale. Different and unique for sure, and a great plane to have in the backseat to fly on the "fly".

I don't think anyone should make a purchasing decision based on one comment, or a thread, or what one person says. Everyone should do their own due diligence before deciding to spend their hard earned cash. One only has to look at the vendor forums to see the good and bad stories from people, both that have tried vendors, and those that have not.

In this case it's great that you got your item, happy with the price and shipping, and are satisfied overall. All the vendor threads should reflect each persons dealings with the respective vendor. It's also completely fair for those that have not bought something to weigh in too.

Like any other vendor, you will have good and bad stories. In this vendors case, it's certain that he has many satisfied customers. That's good. It's always great to have many sources to feed our addition to this hobby. Like other vendors though, many feel it's important to see how they handle the bumps in the road so to speak, the one off situations, or the customers that need some additional help or clarification. Or their orders that have not been received. Or better yet, have been received and talked about. On that note, it doesn't take to many keystrokes to see how those situations normally end up. situations.

That's very true! What does that mean?
It means - Curtis Mattikow = Con Artist
Which makes me think of Benny Hinn. Jim Graham may smack my hand with a ruler, so will keep religion out of it. But you can google, Benny Hinn let the bodies hit the floor. It should give ya a good laugh!

I've made two purchases from ETM since the beginning of the year (and my only ETM purchases). First was the GS Dauntless which arrived in one week very well packed and w/o damage. Second transaction was to replace my GS Mustang wings which I damaged in a bad landing. Curtis pulled a set of wings from an in-stock plane and I got them in two weeks from time of order. Price was very fair in both cases. Summary is I've had two very positive experiences with ETM.

The new website is supposed to be up tomorrow, same address as the old, www.applehobby.com.
I see your website is not working anymore. Did you go out of business or have another website, that works?
