I was wondering how long it would take. What's with all the copyright police in the sailplane threads?? I don't see to many folks throwing the red flag when folks are selling canopies for the Hobie Hawk, and Airtronics line. God forbid someone else tries to keep vintage birds alive. I'm sure if Ray owned it he would have already made it known… heck he does even if he doesn’t. For all the busy bodies it doesn’t take a lot to find out if someone “owns” the right’s to something….the internet is a wonderful place.
Two word’s “FOR PROFIT”.

I was being a donkey and making fun of they way someone worded something. Then I was trying to answer their question but I think I was wrong anyway. It looks like rcm sells this particular set of plans. I would hate to see a good resource like rcm plans disappear because people are too cheap to spend $13. Just because you can find something on the internet doesn't mean that it isn't owned by someone. I'm not saying you shouldn't promote vintage birds, you should support those that own the rights to them.

Apparently, I and Jr. are peddling contraband. The Plans Tack Squad has arrived to set us strait. It's a forty year old plan and we should have known where you could have obtained a certified, genuine, official, approved copy somewhere on the net before attempting the repair of your toy. Shame on us. As a result I'm closing this thread.
