Hobbypartz Mini Air Extra 300 $46

I've wanted to try out this little Extra, and today's sale price is pretty good @$46:

http://www.hobbypartz.com/11a300-extra300-rtf-24g.html

add $4 of stuff to bring it to $50, and you get free shipping.

Do I really need another micro? Of course not! I have the PZ T28, Sukhoi, J3, Cessna, Phase 3 Spit and P51, etc. But I can't resist...

Thank you for posting this deal Greenflash; I have been contemplating the purchase of the mini-air p-51 for a while now.
The only thing holding me back is the fact that it seems hard to fly for a beginner like me.
You seem to like the mini-air line, do you care to share your flying experiences with them. (i.e flying characteristic, responsiveness etc)

Thanks,
Paisa

To be clear, I have a number of Parkzone UMs, the entire Cox mini warbird series, the ERC, the Phsae 3s, but this will be my first mini-air.
I'd recommend reading the threads in the Micro RTF forum first; there are some issues. Only the Extra is $46; the others are closer to their normal prices. Also note that the Gemini planes are apparently the same airframesa and Spectrum BNF, although the will cost a little more.

OK I could not resist since I was looking at the Nine Eagles RTF version, then this came with a lot less of an investment, just looking for a front and back yard flier.
