New Product
Redfox- Affordable Power

I just received a few new Redfox motor's from Palo,

These use new leopard motors coupled to his gearboxes.

I think Redfox motors are one of the best bargains around for your F5J/ALES models.

Also running a sale on previous generation Redfox motors.

After the last year developments, I think that the market should slightly adjust the bargain definition. Just imo...

I used the 500spc in my Stork6 and it is one great power house, compering to other 100g motor gearbox systems out there can't beat the price. Are you sure the info on 500 is correct?
My 2c.

But don't you STILL have the same mounting problems associated with outrunners, that is the wires coming out the sides??
I don't get it. Aren't you STILL going to have same problems mounting in narrow fuses??
Am I missing something here??

Airman, this is a 23mm diameter GB it will fit most fuse on F5J planes with space for wire. I have a peggy pepper 28mm in a supra long nose and no problem.

Most fuselages get larger by the point the wires come out of an outrunner on a gearbox. A bit of 14mil mylar will push the wires tight against the fuselage, and protect them from the spinning motor.

I've attached a shot of an outrunner in a pretty tight fuselage.

Palo sent me this graph to show the efficiency of his motors. This is a Xplorer 2 making 3 climbs without charging the 850 mah pack.

Motor was 500spc leo, pack was 850 4s.

You can see there is still 400 mah remaining in the pack.

Hallo Ben,
it seems, you have RF500spc with TGY motor (prod. line 2014)
This new one PU is RF500spc with LEO motor (prod. line 2015)

... RF500 with LEO is a bit different as RF500 with TGY, so info on 500 sent by Ali is really correct :-)

I may have to give one of these new motors a try. It looks like a good alternative to the PowerLine motors at almost half the price.
