It looks a LOT like a Joysway Dragonfly! ;-)
It'd be great to see Laddie Mikulasko get a bit of credit for the original Northstar design from which they're all derived!.

I ordered one. I have batt's already. It should be a great companion to my larger Icon A5. I've always liked this style plane but never sprung for one. This with it being pnp made it simple to pull the trigger.

I've seen a Polaris in action and it looked like a Jet that could fly off water. Pretty cool. I've been waiting around for a used one so I didn't have to build one

But this Skipper looks like the same flight characteristics. I just ordered one, added the AS3X receiver and hope it will balance and take off with 2200mah batteries.

Thanks for the buddycode. not sure what the buddy code does for you but it did save me a couple of bucks.

A 2200mah 3s can be used, we tested it on this, but the 1300mah 3s is the preferred choice of lipo. You'll have room for your AS3X Rx, though it won't be needed, she's a very stable platform, both in the air, on the water and grass.

Here's an additional video of it flying at NEAT last week. I used the above mentioned 1300mah 3s and got a good 7mins of flying:
