nice work looks like it getting there ...i like the plan veiw of this plane it looked cool when flying over head ....but man that side view on the Ground ..that thing was ugly
 ....but now when i see the F-35 it looks funny on the ground too ,has a short nose and the tails are short too .it was awsome when these two planes were having there fly off ...lots of sonic booms after the boeing boys got the gear to retract.

Air Sally, the plan form view really looks good and I like the look with canopy open...so on the ground that is how it will be sitting

i think Tams A-4 has air to it's nose strut that extends it.

I missed this, Kevin. Nice work, as usual! I think if I built one(much smaller of course) I could get used to the looks. Maybe even grow to like it. But, it still looks like a basking shark too me.

Still working on it.
No more mock-up...it is all glued except the canopy/cockpit area. The model is ready for the underside work, starting with the installation of the retracts. The model weighs 6.5 pounds as it sits, so my RTF goal is still doable. Change in power plant, Aeronaut TF4000 on 10-11S.

Ed, it was a hybrid...CS shroud,Turbax rotor with a Turnigy motor. The shrouds are the weak link .
