I made them from a pre-shucked corn-on-the-cob tray. Unfortunately, I threw out the wrapper before I noted the brand. Looks like your typical meat-tray foam; albeit thicker/stiffer. Next time I'm in the grocery store, I'll note the brand. This tray was much thicker than required. You can probably find a thinner tray, which would reduce the weight quite a bit.
