How do you mount a 10x6 HD prop on a 350C Motor?

I posted this question in the GWS forum without much luck.

Can anyone here give some advise?

My new Corsair came with a 9x7 SF prop and the new 10X6 HD prop.

The nut recess for the HD prop is to large for the retaining nut on the 350C motor.

I would like to use the HD prop. There are no instructions in the manual or adapters in the kit. Was something left out about this?

Can someone tell me how you mount the HD prop correctly?

How do you mount it? The way it is it flopps all over the place. And what about the decals? They show one scheme in all the pictures, but give 5 or 6 different layouts for all the different decals. How in heavens name are we supposed to see what they look like before we apply the stickers. I have searched the web for Corsair photos to visualize these different schemes, but haven't had much luck. I like my models to be as accurate as possible, even cheap little foam ones. Tom

LOTS of neat stuff there.
Also, on the 10-6HD, as someone else mentioned on another thread, get a couple #4 nylon washers from Home Depot, put one on the front, one on the back with a nut on both sides of the prop and tighten it down. Works fine.

Mel, I was the one who mentioned the #4 nylon washers in another thread. They work great. I've since discovered, however, that a prop saver is an even better solution. For those who don't want to bother with a prop saver, the #4 nylon washers are cheap, light and simple.
