Thanks Jared. Enjoyed that even if it only teased us with limited views of ground features. I liked the music, wavy images, and going back to airplane & wind sound during the ending dive. With the music I was imagining 4 million people standing around looking at each other as the water taps run dry.

Speed bled off quickly after the steep approach to landing. Do you have that MUS set up with flaps?

I do have flaps, but I wasn't using them. They actually make it harder to fly--more wing rocking.

Didn't mean to be a killjoy, you just might want to be aware (a heli will still get you in trouble) as that is a very exposed location..

Nice video ..... it was getting to be a bit like FPV towards the end (high rise etc) ....

Judging by Andy's advice its the sort of video you would do a few days before being posted to 'I' or 'A' .....

Would love to see that video done from an Easy Star with a decent Compact camera .... but I guess it would be shot down ....

I think I would carry some USAF literature in my flight bag and just tell the park ranger your training for a possible career in the Air Force as a UAV Pilot ..... I suspect he might volunteer to do the 'spotting' for you ....

You don't have national park service there. Imagine moving to eastern europe, 30 years ago. That might paint the picture for you..

What's sad is that we used to own the property, it was working farmland, pasture and stables. It was seized by the government, converted to "federal" park land, and is now completely overgrown..
