All you need is an audio cable to go from the trainer port to the microphone jack on your computer.

Then you will need a free software called SmartPropoPlus.
This software listens to the ppm signal from the microphone jack and emulates a joystick.
I've used this method with my Turnigy 9x with RealFlight, ClearView, and the RCPowers online sim.
This is the lowest cost method I've found, and everything you need should be available locally at any electronics or department store. There are also USB adapters that you can get, but these are harder to find and more costly.
