Yea, ive been waiting for a fuselage for 6 weeks and i to receive a e-mail from them a week or so after i reported the damage that said my fuselage would be shipped in 4 to 7 days only to be followed about 15 days later with another e-mail saying the item was out of stock.
This after Stark assured me it was in stock when their website showed it as being out of stock just to keep me from returning the plane for a refund.
Now they have some new girl that posted to me in the Banana Rama forum that she had looked over my order and my (parts) will be shipped in 4 to 7 days and their website still says my (part) not (parts) is out of stock. Furthermore i have not received a email from them saying that, just a post on the forum. Looks like damage control rather than customer service.....

I need a fuselage for the V3 Raptor that showed up from banana with packing damage and in addition oil spots all over it. I know you dont have it because nobody in the states has this plane but the man with many excuses......

I have complete planes in stock, but no spare fuselages. I don't know who told you nobody in the states has it, but people will tell you all sorts of garbage.
The problem is this...if I ordered you a fuselage, the cost of shipping it would be very high. If I had fuselages here in NY, that would be no problem, but it would have to come from China, and it would cost about $60 to ship it to me, and then about $25 to ship it to you. Sorry I could not help. I mean, I will order one for you if you want, I have parts shipments coming regularly, but it would take a few weeks and it would be costly. Something to factor in also is that LX does not neccesarily have stock of that plane at this time, if they do not, it would involve me ordering a bunch of them, then waiting for them to be made. I have no plans of doing that, as a matter of fact, when the last ones I have are sold out, I may discontinue it, rather than make more. It's a good plane, but sales are slow, the last batch I ordered was small, it's an older airplane...

Yort, I don't think I can really help you with this, but if I ever can do anything for you in the future, let me know. It really has everything to do with the size of the fuselage, and what it will cost to ship from China. A set of wings, no problem, canopies and such we usually have, but complete fuselages, pretty rare for us to have anything like that except if it came from a damaged kit.

For like the billionth time I will show proof of my orders from BH and HSW if it helps anyone.Squidgy I'm not positive but I heard that you are this so called Easytiger guy who supposedly owns some rival company.I can't say I've ever knowingly bought from you considering I've only ever made 3 edf orders total in my lifetime.So I can't really say too much about your business. However I can post my 3 actual experiences from these company's.It just seems to me that all you do is spend your time on these forum's trying to bash other company's.It's hard to believe anything you say if you own a rival company.This thread is for customer's not rival competitor's trying to sabotage each other's reputation!!! Go read some of the vendor forums man, they helped me out a lot, I was looking for a trustworthy place to get planes.I read about this whole BH/HSW/Easytiger feud going on.If you don't believe me just go read all my posts,there aren't that many.Why all the secret agent BS with all these company's? Can't they just let their service speak for itself.I mean advertising is one thing, but these forum's in general have gotten completely out of hand!! Wouldn't you agree. I don't want to be bias towards any one company.Im just trying to post my experience's.If you don't believe me I don't blame you man.It's hard to trust anyone on these forums.

HSW service does indeed speak for itself, but the constant string of shills speaks volumes, too.
I don't really spend a lot of time on this, I type really fast, but it IS entertaining sometimes, particularly when these guys think you, I, and the rest of the world really are that dumb. I have to go now, but if there is anything I can ever do for you, no problem.
