Only thing is it was designed for 3s power. it's a little weak on 2s. Still works ok, but doesn't climb out that fast. Not sure how many flights I have on it, but it has held up rather well.
Thanks, I'm not looking for speed, I'm more of a pattern flyer. My super fast days have slowed down at 61 but, I do love the hobby. Will this motor do well in light
Wind on the v912? I'm mostly a outside flyer and all I have to do is step out on the deck for wide open spaces.

Thanks again

The 370 super motor will do fine, I recommend using a 1200mah with at least 35C rate lipo to run the motor efficiently.
For a quick mod to handle the wind better, extend the servo arms and do the "turbo" button mod on your transmitter.

All right Texas sent some of that warm stuff up my way. 24 mph cold winds today and by Sunday it looks like snow and freezing rain...YUK!

I've got a shopping list going too. I found the Esky 370 Super Motor at several places on the web but WOW some of the sellers are trying to sell them like they are gold.

Banggood is $9.10 but a slow boat delivery. Amazon and Ebay are $23.00 and more. It's good to make a buck fairly but some of these vendors are just crazy.

Wonder if I dig out some of my older Futaba servos would work on the v912.
Most are for giant scale but I've a few mini. I'll have to take a look once I get them dug out.

On my V911 I'm try to decide on metal (CNC?), plastic or CF Fisheye Swash..hmmm

The metal 911 heads, whilst looking fancy kill performance, miles to heavy..... Been there wasted money on that.....

Stay with the plastic fisheye swash and swap in the CF drive shaft is a miles better option. BG has this stuff cheap as.
