The ones for the EC145 600, will they be symmetrical?

What kind of composite material are this and your other new blades being made of the same material as your current SM narrow scale blades being sold?

the (semi-symmetical) EC-145 is cw direction for normal mechanic direction , but if market highly require the direct is ACW , i will do one more mold . and the material is same market carbon cloth and inside have sandwich matel and the root have a lot very strong Kavlar or Carbon mat to reinforcement . because the root is very important . (it is not a toy ) .the first piece pototype from the mold i use the ligh gray colour but i will use carbon , so will be in black and through see the carbon cloth . the plastic is mixmun in 500 size , over the 600mm is not so good in high speed(rpm ) so i give up it in 600 mm size , back to carbon blades !

today polishing the mold and ready to mold it . it is for Vacumm -infusion . it is not hand layer . we use technical ! it can let the quality same in each piece .

A new 450 size scale semi-symmetical blades (Plastic version) , longer version 330mm are coming out soon end this month .

You need to make some for the 450's that are like 360mm for use on models like the BO-105 , EC-145, AH-1 , and AH-64 fuselages. The standard 325-330mm blades just look like toy blades on these models as they have a longer tail section then a stock 450 pod & boom heli.

are you sure need 360 mm . i can do now ! sure right length ?

350-360mm would be a good length on the listed 450 fuselages , as I said the 325-330mm blades are just to short and don't even look close to being right for scale.

The 325-330mm blades are ok for something like a MD 500 , but they are just to short to look realistic on the larger 450 fuselages.

I'd like to see some 390mm hole-tip AH64 style blades. Not too sure how heavy they would be in plastic (and if common 450 heads could handle the load with heavy plastic), but 390 would really help these models out considering how overweight they get to balance out properly. CF blades in this size would be ideal for less disk inertia helping FBL units operate more effectively as well. So how about some 390mm CF AH64 blades?

Yeah +1 on the CF , the plastic even unweighted is just to damn heavy for a FBL unit to operate effectively.

Can you design me the width of the Carbon blades ? if i do it in 360mm how the width you like ?

Well if you're going to make them 360mm then they need to be about 28mm wide.

Given that with heavy enough blades you don't need the FBL unit that comment seems rather counter intuitive and the reverse of my personal practical experience.

Would you care to elaborate on what exactly was the problem you had with heavy blades?

Yeah I like to enjoy my flying experience and not fight to keep the heli in the air , so all my helis with scale heads or FBL heads have E-stabilization units on them.
Very rarely is it completely calm ( no wind ) at the flying field I fly at nor do I want to have to wait till it is calm just to fly my scale birds .
It is for these 2 reasons I choose to fly my scale helicopters with an E-stab unit.
As for my statement it is true the added weight of the plastic blades slows down the response of the FBL unit making it less effective.
