One more very cheap (and functional!) 1W 2.4GHz AV transmitter from GLB

Yesterday I got transmitter from Goodluckbuy - I have to say, it is a bad luck
Transmitter is very cheap - 14USD only. But no description in GLB and no any description in parcel.
I tried to check, what is inside - well, it is richwave RTC6701, datasheet is available, I found right pins.

Seems as transmitter is trying to work - at least I can see some noise in my goggles, but no image.

I found app notes for RTC6701 - and here something strange - R14 and R16 is very strong divider. This part of transmitter done exactly as in app notes - my feeling as mistake somewhere here.

Does somebody have experience with this chip? How video input should be done?
Schematic is here

Looks like it takes an input from an I2C bus. Perhaps with a frequency counter you can figure it out?

Here is no i2c bus - SPI only. But when pin 15 is grounded - only simple CSx pins defined frequency.
Problem is not here - the most probably frequency correct, but DCO modulation by video is not working - video signal after divider is too weak.
Datasheet is here

Now it is functional and ready to fly! My stupid mistake - transmitter have no possibility to adjust level of video signal and video should be according specification.
Power consumption is about 0.5A (5V).
P.S. I am sorry, GLB
