Sounds like you are trying to flare on landing which doesn't work with a tail dragger
Learning to land on all 3 wheels at the same time takes practice.
On a tail dragger, land with the airplane horizontal, tail still up off the ground, then gently pull back the power and let the tail settle in.
Just keep practicing!
Keep jusst a little power on, when the mains touch, pull back the power and let the tail settle and come down

Actually yes you can do a 3-pointer with a taildragger. But, it takes practice.

The trick is to slow your model in stages with reducing the throttle as you come around for your first leg of your approach, do this while you lightly increase the elevator up-trim so that it's slowly descending with it's nose slightly high. Do this is slow increments. As you approach the end of the runway on your final, pull the throttle all the way to idle slowly as you cross the end of the runway and let it settle while gently pulling in more up-elevator.

It will take some close observation but the model must lose some airspeed and start to descend a bit with it's nose still slightly up. When you get about a foot off the ground, then pull in a bit more up elevator and let it settle. It may not fully settle on all 3 wheels, but if it doesn't stall, and drop like a rock you know you can pull in more next time

Practice this with gentle flying, big wing area models at first.
