after that same only change bk -13

today 7/6/2011 (7day now)same but bk is nothing
now i assume 3+4= 7 day
let see what happen next

all item are Reserved since 1 week and 2 day and promise to shipped but nothing been done even not email me back what i get only sorry from cs , 100 time sorry will not solve any issue , they want cancel my order and convert to point ?? that hobby king they can't do simple thing just shipped my item than they want me to buy other item , doh I'm not that that so stupid ,by the way paypal will fully refund me .

nahhh that would simply get you reported.

So they suck because there was either an issue with the last speedie in stock or more than one person ordered so it went BO?


edit: Actually I don't get the whole change the s to an f bit. Isn't that like a natural thing for consenting adults to do?

It's possible they meant to say 3-4 days instead of 3-4 weeks?? You can see they have 100 of them in the back warehouse.

i been told by customer service item restock 3 to 4 weeks after i ask he is it true Stock available and arriving from the back-warehouse within 3~4 days as show as their web site.

I think he made it pretty clear, they said three to four weeks. That makes sense except it might be more like 3 to four months.

LOL. They have over 100 in the back warehouse. John, your input as usual is designed to deviate from the facts. I mean look at the bottom line you love to add to your posts. Go hover over the quantity in stock for yourself. Take a real hard look at the sort of people you align yourself with to "shut them down".

Simply astonishing.

this is fact the customer service didn't say "They have over 100 in the back warehouse".
They know better their than any one on here.

presa, go hover your mouse pointer over the stock quantity. They have 100 in the back warehouse. For you this means a couple of days wait till they transfer them to the main warehouse.

he answer "we restock item usually 3 to 4 weeks .please check in 3 to 4 weeks in time "
i don't want to trust customer service or hobbyking web site , hmm better i try to ask other customer service and see.

presa, the fastest way to get a CS reply is probably on the HK customer community forum under the "Order Support" forum. Items in the back warehouse usually get moved once a week, sometimes twice a week. Let us know how long it takes for the item to be reserved on your order again. If it takes any longer than 4 days go question them and give them a friendly reminder.

No problems. If you go to the shop home page and log in you will see "customer live community" as one of the boxes at the top. Click on this and it will probably ask you to enter your user name. Once you are in the forums if you click HobbyKing Forum banner at the top, this takes you back to the shop. The link is:

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/forum/

But It will ask you to join if you havn't used it before. You have to use your customer name and password.
