Strange how it sounds very plasticy when it lands.
That's because it's a cheesy little plane. Haha

Well, finally got to maiden my Sport Cub S. I'm not really too impressed as of yet. I guess it was a little too windy for it. I tried it in all three modes and it was just uncontrollable. Oh well, waiting on calm day to try again.

Meanwhile back at the ranch, I ordered this It's the new HPI Q32

That thing looks awesome! John and I plan to be doing more with RC cars/trucks soon too. In the meantime, here is my most scale flight so far with my B-17. There was a little weird wind I was fighting, but I am very happy with how this video turned out:

I've just finished doing the last bit of airframe gluing on my 36" edge foamie and I'm about to do the.hardware install/cg balancing. just a few more hours of work and it'll be ready for a maiden. Getting a bit excited for it.

GBLynden... She looks awesome fly'n! I wonder how much time spent in the future keeping all those motors running sweet? I'd like to have one, but I hate doing any work on these planes. I just want to fly fly fly. Could this plane be flown with a DX5e?

JohnVH... Great video! What model plane is that? I like the retracts.

Got in all the parts, programmed the esc and adjusted the pushrods to proper length. Now I'm sitting here, deciding wether or not to put on landing gear. It's already 205 grams and it might end up pulling me under the1.5:1 T/W ratio
