Sorry, did it again!

Hi..

One is supposed to grow clever with age, guess I´m the exeption for the rule.

Once again I was convinced to do some flying-stuff at our local church.
This time more specific, some thing for both girls and boys. Boys- no problem. Girls... what to do?

This is what I came up with.
A 9-inch ws butterfly made from 3mm depron.
Some twisting in the wing and it flies allmost like a real one.

On top of that a BAE Hawk from the same materials.

Enjoy

Ruben

This is very nice. I have been playing with some foam board also. Nice medium to work with and surprisingly durable.

Very cool indeed. I would love to see how the butterfly flies. My daughter (5yrs old) would love it.

Here´s a little video.

Not the best. It´s difficult filming and throwing at the same time.
Hope it gives some ideas about how this butterfly flies..

Thx for posting the vid Ruben. Looks like a great glide. Looks like some form of weight as the head right in get. What are you using? Was this your design or did you follow an existing plan?
I love it!

Hi.

Yes, there´s a piece of lead around the head.

My own design.

Will try to post plan later tonight.
