Interesting, the beginning of the video sounds very nice with little gear noise and just deep tones from the blades. But listen carefully starting at 3:41 and you'll hear the classic high-pitch whine of all those gears meshing under strain.

And those pictures look very nice and shiny, but I actually got scared of the absolutely massive parts count on this design.

I have been using them on my Tarot 500 for 6 month sand very happy with them - in fairness I haven't used the particular heli a great deal as I prefer my Protos for that size, probably only 30-odd flights but they have worked very well.

Have not flow my Hurri425 as much as i intended., so have just about 10 flights on them. Cant really comment yet.

The 732 version got a lot of fights on the tail of both my 450 helis. Still work as new.

Early days for mine on my HK500, but they seem good so far. The great thing about coreless cyclic servos is they make folding the blades so easy. On my 450's with non-coreless cyclic servos, I set the RX failsafe to park the main blades for folding.

Hobbyking seems to have quietly changed to a new version/design under the same name.
I really hope the only thing different is the casing.

Anyone tried one recently? I might consider a full set for a Protos500

Look at the difference:

Looks like a sensible change! The label on the old ones was encased in a mountain of clear plastic, which I had to grind away to get clearance for the back nut on my elevator servo arm. I reckon the new ones will be a few milligrams lighter as a result.... The Futaba arm collection I had from my clone 9257's are all a much better fit on the output shaft than the arms that come with these.

The sticker is not the only difference. The case has a different shape. If it is not produced by Henge anymore it might not perform as we are used from it.

Hmm, didn't notice that - let's hope it's simply to save a tiny bit of plastic, and that the internals remain the same.

Most servos are made using cases from a third party so Henge may have just changed what case they use.
