I added a second fuselage section to the fiberglass plug mold. aft this section the fuselage profile is straight so I plan to use balsa sheeting. For the tail cone I have not decided what to use yet.

I'been working on the nose gear these days, almost done. I change my mind about the conventional retract mechanism and went for this one. Just wanted to do something that worked similar than the big one.

Thanks. I appreciate your interest. I hardly can work on my design. i'm at home few days in a month. That's why I entered the CNC world. Design while I'm outside and fast CNC buildind at home. At least that was what I thougth, Learning CNC it's time consuming, broken tools, spoiled parts, machine setup, wrong calculations......

Really nice work.
Cnc is a hobby into itself.
I built a 4 axis wire foam cut cnc with a friend and it took a month or so till we could really make things work correctly.

Thanks Eric and LuvEvolution, I just broke the drill bits that I needed to do the Nose gear scissors so I stopped here an attached what I did today.

Just ended to CAD the tail section. next step is to build the mold. It's going to be one piece tail boom and vertical stabilizer.
