What do you think

I think it only has LEDs ,no LCD so it can not show me important info such as battery starting and ending voltages , how many mAh were replaced etc... Honestly it reminds me of the first LiPoly cargers I used over ten years ago.

Yes, you're right. It's only has LEDS no LCD, simple balance charger not intelligent one. It's designed for beginners and it's simple & easy to use. It is also easy to carry. Nowadays, mini helis and quadcopters are getting more and more popular. This is the reason HobbyTiger BC-1S06 come out only for 1 celll 3.7V lipo battery. Maybe some guys just look for 1 cell battery chargers ... what's more, it's worth its price!
some customers love it for their quadcopter RTF set.

What controller used in this charger? Can you show what inside of it?
For Hubsan X4 I have stock 240mAh and also 380mAh batteries, so I want to charge them at 1C and so charging current must be: 0.15~0.3A.
But here Charge Current : 6*500mA, can it be changed? Just maybe replace resistor inside scheme?

FAQ:
1) What is the voltage input for the wall plug adapter?
Ans: 100v-240v.
2) What power does the wall plug output?
Ans: 12v 2A.
3) When connected to a car, does it still charge batteries at 500mah?
Ans: Yes.
4) What batteries can i charge with this charger?
Ans: Li-Po's. Most LiPo batteries prefer to be charged at a rate such that it finishes charging in 1 hour.
Therefore, Charging a 500mah capacity battery with it would take 1 hour. Its best if you don't charge a <450mah battery as it can get damaged over time. Batteries last longer (more charge cycles) if you charge them at a lower rate so you can charge batteries of up to 1000mah (which would take 2 hours). Anymore and it would be best to use a different charger if you're impatient.
