I have had dozens of orders sent to the US from BG. Not 1 negative issue. I always expect a 2-3 week delivery, and it always comes in that window. I hear a lot of bad luck stories, but my luck has not run out with BG. When I did have an issue with stock on 1 order, they quickly refunded my account.

I had over hundred of order from HobbyKing .. and all my orders have been served as expected, only 2 quality issues, that have been both solved by HobbyKing care with a new item or refund .. without any extra cost, in a reasonable way and time. For me the record is over 100 orders, and all arrived at my door without any relevant issue.

With Banggood I had around 10 order, 2 or 3 of them never land to my door ... I had 1 quality issue, and I did not got any refund, instead some useless point. For missing at arrival, PayPal protection did kick in for protect me. Some order arrived after 2 months.

I have to say that the lost items are the one that was sent to me without any registration ... strange that non register package from hobbyKing did always arrived to me, while almost none of non register Banggood did arrived to my place ... anyhow ... if you select register shipping also for little order (they ask only 1 or 2$ extra) ... then the missing at arrival is not a problem anymore with BangGood.

Two side note:
- BangGood has the very very bad attitude to show items weeks ahead of the real arrival (Taranis TX was listed in their shop 4 months before FrSky did start to ship their radio), and they start to sell these new items before they get on stock ... hobbyKing does not use this trick for captive customers that like to have the latest RC gadget from the market
- BangGood has a wider type of catalog, not only RC but many other things, in additional some RC items I can see only on their shop, and for some items they have the best price on the net.

Summary ... I'm not here to block anybody from order from BangGood ... just a reminder that they should always use register shipping .. and be patient waiting for their item. In my book HobbyKing is way more professional, but ... shipping prices are a bit expensive there, and some items have a price that is way more expensive then what it is available on eBay or other store.

In other words .. it is nice to have the BangGood option for buy some RC stuff at low cost ... still ... my order of choice is: HobbyKing, then eBay then BangGood ... so BangGood is the last option (but if price is more attractive or
item is unique ... )

How things change ....

I got recently two problems from HobbyKing ...

2 orders that have been via Malaysia post ... they never arrived .. and this time from HobbyKing customer service I got only delay and no refund ... only PayPal forced them to return my money !

Now 1 more case ... a defect on arrival ... again .. slow and terrible customer service from HobbyKing ... a joke RMA policy ... and again ... I'm again in the hand of PayPal for get my money back after I return to their UK warehouse the defect item.

I don't know if I was lucky in the past ... or HobbyKing did change recently ... anyhow.

Really disgusted now by HobbyKing .. if they treat me so badly after I have almost 200 orders done to them ... I can't image what service receive a new customer with a problem to be solved.

On the other side ... now I'm ordering more and more from BangGood .. they have better prices ... and in my last order I have to say I have less problem with them ... I'm stick to register shipping for even the cheap order .. else their order could get lost

Things change

I had hard time to believe the people that did complain over HobbyKing CS .. but ... now I see that their CS is a real joke, and they act in every possible way to delay hoping people pass the PayPal dead line protection .. that is only 45 days from submit the order .. so .. 2/3/4 weeks for shipping ... so they need to waste few weeks and people lose PayPal support .. I guess they are instructed in this way for handle CS cases.

Yes agree, CS in Hobbyking is about to delay people and hope they forget the 45 days paypal protection, and after that problem is solved to them.
On other hand CS in Banggood is great, no complaints at all.

Things change all the time

I practically stop to order from HobbyKing ... and made more order on BangGood ...

I fall into 3 junk products ... unbelievable that BangGood try to sell 100% junk or tricky

64Gb microSD for 9$ ... http://www.banggood.com/Memory-Card-p-949778.html
Yes too good to be true ... but hey ... they should not sell this junk.
Under h2testw ... this microSD is as fast as a Class 6 .. but mainly it is only 16Gb .. actually worst .. it has been hard formatted as 64Gb, so it has 48GB of dead space inside ... so ... since you can't predict where a file system is going to write ... it is 100% useless .. unless is good enough to re-format ... something that I'm not capable to do (it need to install special driver and software)

W001 watch ... sold to me for 90$ .. stated to be Android + GPS + 5Mpix camera ... to good to be true ... I don't know ... a real watch with this specs exist for 150$ ...
Anyhow .. specs have been changed on their web page .. and people got junk:
W001-K8 1.6-inch MTK6572 Dual-core Bluetooth Smart Watch Phone Banggood part1 (1 min 48 sec)

Mine still have to arrive .. but I smell I lost 90$ .. unless PayPal take an action.

Finally ...
2200mAh 15C 3S battery for 10$ ... http://www.banggood.com/MG-Power-11_...-p-945930.html
It arrived with one cell at 3.05v ...
It does not handle more then 2C
It has 1000mAh real capacity
One cell sink under load 0.2v more then the other ...

I don't think I need to know what is fake on their shop ... it is their duty to avoid to sell junk !
