Blade mCX trim problems

Hi - Just a question I was hoping someone might answer. My Blade mCX tilts to the right and will even tilt and hit the ground on slow take offs. I have adjusted the to the end ranges with little improvement. I have tried new batteries as well. Also it is very slow moving forward. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks B

You probably need to adjust the link between the servo and the swashplate.

Put your mCX on a level surface and looking at the nose of the bird, notice the orientation of the servo arms as they attach to the swash plate. Unless you set up your mCX specifically for different types of flying, they should be parallel to the surface. They should look pretty much even. If not, adjust them.
