I don't have a plan to post - I just felt that everybody should get a look at this recent design and build by Randy Powell: "Hard Magic"

Photo is stolen from http://flyinglines.org/planes.9.14.html

At least Stunthanger has building and finishing threads on it.

It really is a very good looking model! Personally I think I'd be a bit afraid to fly it It's a piece of art work worthy of applause for sure.

I got my hands on a Harter's Count Clipper - but without plans.

Any help out there? - will buy if you have. I am inclined to make them available online to threads like these.

Got one of these in my combat museum. You can see it in my blog

Hey guys!
Anybody know where I can get plans for the vintage Berkeley "Pirate" control line model airplane?
It's always been one of my all time favorite planes. Any info is appreciated.

It's not the 1955 CL 39" wingspan design from Flying Models, is it? - on outerzone:

Another place you may want to check is eBay seller plowbutter. I bought some plans from him with printwood, before. I just checked and he doesn't have it listed but send him a message, he doesn't have everything he sells listed all the time.

Not listed on this eBay sellers CD of 100 Berkeley plans

Hey PGregory!
No that is not the one I'm looking for.
The model kitted by Berkeley at about the same time frame was a slick twin-tailed low wing airplane with wing mounted landing gear and a nicely cowled upright mounted engine.
It might have been used as a "B" Class team racer.
Thanks for the reply!

Don McGovern loved that "Ercoupe" look, and re-imagined it several times from 1950 to 1970, with minor variations, not usually including any cowl for the engine cylinder. At least once he used the name "Pirate" for one of his that was published in one of the model magazines (I think that there were at least three similar plans of his published with articles for almost the same plane (never mentioning that he was recycling his favorite look once again).
