@V_okto: I don't think there will be any update anymore. All together we tested this thing over and over again for many months. In the latest beta there is still a bug that don't remeber the settings. Buy a good videotracker and use the diversity for multi-video out. Another option is mabey to buy the 305 diversity receiver. Don't know if that works any better do.

All, sorry for the delayed reply, and thanks for your patience. I wanted to put my money where my mouth is, and reply only after we've completed the changes.

Some additional changes have been made which may reduce or eliminate the occasional switching with RC305. Those are being stress tested here now, and should be ready for alpha later this week. Of course, the issue of settings not being saved in the alpha version will be corrected also.

normally i would be the first whowants to test a new version .... but not now we have -5°C and in the past i crashed too many planes due cold fingers.

Hi Dion,

Thanks again for trying this! The new ALPHA software is located here. This should install version 10.56.

The main things that this version should do:
1) further improve diversity switching accuracy with RC305 setups
2) Resolve an issue with the prior alpha version that resulted in pushbutton settings not being saved (for example, the channel selection). But, note that telemetry from the OSD will always overrride the pushbutton settings after reboot.
3) If you could attempt to have significant variations in lighting, such as flying toward the sun then away from it, and/or blacking out your camera then exposing it to intense light, that would be a great test of diversity switching. It should not switch under these conditions.

Since this has had only limited testing, please do thorough ground checks, etc., before flying. Thanks again!

Ok, here goes,

Comments put in video but to some up:

After uploading firmware pushbutton settings was not saved from power cycle, I had to connect it to OSD and diversity only after that settings was saved after power cycle.

Blacking out and into sun I did have some switches, check out rest of the video for more detail,

All flying LOS and sensitivity on 5, skew planar on right wing. Sound recording set to "Internal" on recorder so switching could be heard.
