I used to fly U-2 a long time ago, then I worked on a top secret team that placed us on the moon with telescopes watching our cold-war enemies. Then I got bored and became a gynecologist, that was just to much stress....... Then I became Elizabeth Hurley personal body guard, then that became way to stressful.

Actually I work with automation and lighting in the entertainment industry. It looks like a group of cool engineers like some of my designs and we are going to do some really cool things.

Some old e-flight biplane that I LOVE.
My Blade 120SR that at 212 flight I crashed last night trying to get a FP heli to loop, was funny as hell. Just a bit of epoxy and she will be fine.

Not Flying-
A 36" Yak that is decommissioned at the time, it had a nervous break down.
Emmaselle II that is 97.951% done
B-36

I like the collection. Also I am glad to hear about your security (other thread).

To other poster-I'm flying: Funjet, Easystar (Multiplex)-Ultra Stick (Horizon/Hanger-9)-many Slow Sticks (GWS) and Micro Models (Horizon)-a few unbuilt kits. Recently I have spent 95 + of my time on micro models from Horizon/Parkzone/Eflite. Sure they are toys-but addicting!

I've been following this build for quite a while now and look forward to seeing this beast take to its natural element. I'm sure most of us have seen Mac Hodges routine with his massive B-29 which led me to wonder Once all the flight test are done with the Peacemaker and you get comfortable flying it, do you ever think that you'll fly it outside of a "normal" B-36 enevelope. I'm not talking Lomcovák here, but a slow stately inverted pass would be a show stopper. ( Pilot to Co-pilot "I got it, I GOT IT! I GOT IT!!) Thanks for letting me follow along on your build.
BTW I too picked up a 120 SR. Fun lil' critter, ain't it?

I luv my SR120, but need to get up to something bigger so I can go down the scale road.

At this time if my calcs are anywhere close the B-36 will be stressed for around 4-5 G's. The airfoil however will never be good for anything inverted. She will be a 100% scale flyer...

Macs plane is purposed built as a aerobatic B-29 and one of the coolest planes flying. My 36 is 110% designed to do one thing, look like a huge big ass bomber dropping a MK17 nuke.
