We will be strengthening the knuckles with indestructo plastics

We will be strengthening the safety clutch spring so the vehicle can climb the steepest hills without the safety clutch skipping and clicking.

We are examining the linear pot, found some reasons for servo jitter that we should be able to eliminate.

We would like to make a video to show guys here how to take apart and mod.

We at Plantraco were wanting to make a PDF that you could print out. Either a large format sheet you can get printed at Kinko's or Staples, and/or a layup of paper sheets that you could print and tape together to make a large layout.

This standard paper track would have autocross cone markings.

End users would be able to drive the "standardized" course and then they could make a video of their fastest lap time and post on YouTube for proof of their fastest lap time.

If anyone can beat me, they would be getting some trophy and honor and a gift certificate.

If everyone beats me, then we have to probably do a Gold, Silver, Bronze thing.

Hey if someone could take the time and make a course layout PDF and post it. We could take that and make an official release and get a standardized ZenWheels Micro Car autocross course going right away.

It comes down to figuring out what the local Kinko's can print for size, and then we make a 6 or 8 page 8.5 X 11 version that you tape together so anyone with a printer can easily print their own at home.

Or we can make some posters and mail them out in tubes, but that gets costly for shipping just for a poster size paper.

Options

Trying to find different tires for these vehicles is not an easy task.

I tried some slot car tires and they work, but as you can see I had to extend the axles in order for them to be able to turn.

I realize it doesn't look good but its only a prototype.

ps the tires have been taken off soo many times and reglued that they;re no longer straight lol

New app version 1.3 has been submitted, and probably will be available on the App Store in the next day or so if it goes as smoothely as the last update!

This version has another firmware payload that improves steering servo precision.

I recently got one of these and love it! I updated the app with the latest firmware, and when I turn on the car it tells me that device must be connected to update the car? And, it is connected to the iphone via the bluetooth.

It has to be attached to a power source to update the firmware (USB)
