The Quanum Pocket Vibration Telemetry Voltage Meter is cheap insurance for your batteries and your aircraft. For under $30 this stand alone telemetry system consists of two components, a pager receiver and a transmitter that plugs into the balance port on your battery packs. It can be used with 2-8 cell lipos. All you do is set the per cell battery voltage that you want to be notified at and then plug in the transmitter module onto the battery. When the battery voltage hits your set voltage, the pager will vibrate to let you know it's time to land. This is an easy and simple solution to have realtime data from the batteries while in use so you don't have to rely on timers and guessing for your flight time. Check it out at HobbyKing.

This looks to me to be a USEFUL implementation of telemetry and a neat way to monitor by batts.
I didn't wait. As soon as I saw it in new products I ordered one from the HK warehouse in HK.
Sure, it will take 2-3 weeks to get here but it will take longer than that for Wisconsin to thaw out, dry out the mud and stop blowing hurricanes.
Probably have it long B4 I can use it.
