Those are good suggestions. I just uploaded a new version and responded to your tickets on Sourceforge. There is now a max_thickness constraint (which is basically off by default as the default value is 1000.0). The second command line option now indicates the output airfoil name, which is written to the first line of the file, instead of the file name itself. The file name is just the airfoil name you specify + '.dat'.
When you get a chance, try it out and update the tickets on Sourceforge. I'll close them if it works as desired (or you can, if you are able to do that).
