Epp-fpv
I Bought my camera earlier this year (sanyo x1420) With the intention of mounting it on a GWS Slowstick but there seems to be none left in NZ
 so started to look for another plane, after much searching I settled on the EPP-FPV from Hobby King http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...R_C_Plane.html It has to come from HK is could take a while, I like the idea of a pusher  as the camera can be mounted facing forward without the prop getting in the road. Has anyone had experience with this plane.Colin. |

Hey colin
I've seen a couple of them. It's big... like a big trainer. room for a 6-pack inside What motor have you ordered? It seams a lot of model to run on only 3S. Pete |

Hi Pete;
This is the motor I have ordered http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=18228 I use a 3 cell Turnigy nano-tech in my vintage playboy (80") weighing in at 52 oz the motor(Turnigy 35-48b) can produce 65 oz of thrust at 42amps, don't think I'll need that much power for this model though. Your right about the size its a little bigger than i was looking for, but i like the idea of a pusher. Colin. |

A friend of mine has that same plane ( the one you ordered from HK) and he loves it. He has his all set up for FPV.

It was a toss up between the Skywalker and the FPV, I think the mini SW would be great for a key chain camera quailbird; This is my first attempt at this so some stills and a bit of vidio would be great. eyeinsky1; What a beautiful place to take some vidios I also enjoy boating. I am very impressed with the stable flight of the FPV what a great camera platform. thanks for sharing the vidio .Colin. |
