you talking about gas or glow?... glow could be cantankerous for sure, and huge mess. Gassers have so far never been a hassle for me... and there's less equipment needed to be hauled to the field than electrics.

I loved playing with glow engines, very fond memories, but I can't see owning another glow engine again outside of a little weeny one for nostalgia sake (I need to get my OS .11 pylon engine sent up)... electrics or gassers for me. quite awesome.

20 minutes of charging gets me 3 hours of actual flight time, that's all I need to know.

Don't listen to all the crap you hear about how much of a hassle gassers are, they are not. There's a learning curve just like there's a learning curve with electrics.

that gt33 has an awesome aural quality. sounds bigger/deeper than the ccs suggest.

...which is actually a very recent photo from prolly late last summer. My place is in the bottom right corner, not all that much hassle to be walking a plane to the airstrip...

Watching Arron's OS33 power the 74 Edge on Sunday was a blast ... That engine was fantastic and easy to work with for him. The muffler setup was simple and it sounds excellent. Joshet89 has his same Edge powered by the Syssa 30 and it's a nice engine as well

I have flown all electric but will go gasser on the next 30cc for sure

yep. a 71" slick. Probably gonna be late this year before i start buying and building it though.

Hi KM - I associate gassers with glow engines..and gas engines...Not really correct I know

A term I grew up with - even now can't rack my brain to as why - but glow engines were the thing
