Runs the Dynajet not orginal 30% nitromethane and 70% methanol?
Other runs 50% Diesel and 50% gasoline.
Some start with gasoline and switch then over to pure diesel (greater gross heat of combustion).

I used "white gas" AKA Coleman fuel. Harder to start, I was told. But ran cooler. I could not compare the difference in fuels. I only used the Coleman. The engine was purchased used, and thats what he used.

Yes. Going and stopped is all there is with a pulsejet. and once stopped you can't throttle it up again.

Hit a small bump on takeoff and they usually stop too. We used to sweep the runway.

used to know an avid pulse jet collector who had jets from all over the world and rememeber him saying the dynas did have some sort of throttle control
