Here are 2 pictures of how I am running my antenna wires, old control rods and a heat gun and you can make a great wire guide/holder. I have just about finished the Wood Oculus I am down to little items and balancing then a check for mixing and controls and a flight will be soon to follow.

Well yesterday was it, the first flight of the Woody Oculus.
![]() The winds were 10 to 14 mph at our slope and it was a bit cool but it was a great day, I checked everything over for the third time and it was time for the Oculus to take flight. I gave the Oculus a gentle push out from the slope and away it went. once again this plane only needed a touch of down trim to get things where they needed to be. Myself and My flying partner flew around for about an hour and put it through the moves and did not find a nasty habit at all with this plane just like My first Oculus. smooth flight. gave it a dive test and I need to take some lead out of the nose, won't be much to take out I only gave it a little bit to the nose heavy side for the first flight. When I came in for landing it came in nice and smooth with the same landing elevator comp that I have on My first Oculus. This plane is so enjoyable to fly. The next time out will be the thermal field so I can get it dialed in all the way, Here are a few pictures I shot not all the best quality, if My wife would have come out the pictures would have been better but she doesn't like standing out on a cold windy slope.
