Osprey close up shots

Servo pockets in the wing have a recess molded into the carbon.

Hyperion MIGHT fit,, it would be very tight though

Ps edit : that Hyperions diameter at back end is 37.5,, don't think you'll have clearance inside for wires based on those measurements your showing.

Control Horns / Servo tray

Standard control horn install. Servo tray allows plenty of room for a wide range of servo options. We're using MKS 6100 throughout.

Won't know for sure if the Hyperion will fit as it doesn't arrive til tomorrow. Good thing we have the Hacker on hand for backup! I'll post our findings once we get our hands on it. The idea Jim and I discussed was to build it using a relatively inexpensive outrunner if possible.

Osprey ail servo trays

The recess in the carbon was off center and required a layer of light ply to shim up to correct height for proper tray/servo alignment. Everything is looking good now. I must admit I had nothing to do with this fine workmanship. Both Jim and a fellow club member Anne have been logging mega hours on this project. Today they kicked some serious butt to help me keep the build going. Thanks guys
