Got my spider hex in the air with the CC3D plugged in.

Any data on the lighting available? which micro quad I have a hubsan and a mjx x100 ( which already has lights) fitted with a modified udi 816a bumper very stable close to the hubsan i think

No ........just a upside down cctv dome that I found in a pound shop sans camera

My lights are dead simple.
You just need a LED strip and cut off a set of three LEDs then cut off the third as I'm using a 2s pack and just wire it up direct to the battery. As simple as it gets.
Plus if you bend the stip at 9o degrees you can stick it on the quad with one led pointing forward and one pointing down. it's a 2fa

That's interesting. Just started experimenting with the tri again, props off, on the dining table and have already noticed some odd events (motor speeding up, others slowing to a stuttering halt without any throttle change). I think this is going to take some doing. New props arriving tomorrow hopefully so might be able to make a few test hops and see if this weird throttle effect persists.

battery tray from half round black pvc gutter heated and flattened

round nylon spacers from old cutting board

6mm nylon machine screws from ebay

motor mounts half inch ply gorilla glued together, the hole in the centre was filled with a dowel and gorrila glue

lower motor mount washers cut from old ali double glazing

LG from a old fibre glass golf umbrella and the ends of a old pc hard drive

Also a short video testing the battery alarm on the KK2 board

Make sure you program the esc's together.
Oh and with a kk2 and digital tail servo make sure you have the servo filter set high enough to stop the rapid movement....mine is at 80.
