NEU 1110 3900 with 5:1 GB
Hi folks,
I got my handy on a NEU 1110 3900kv. At first my idea was to install it in a Pylon with 1m wingspan but I had the idea to mount my reisenauer 5:1 microedition on it. I bought the ME for a HK2221 but then realised that it had to low KV.  Now my plan is to install the neu with gearbox in an excite from stratair. Do you guys have an idea what would be the best combo for this setup? My guess was to start with a RFM 12,8x13 and 3S then 4S and maybe try a F5D folder. Max propsize is 14,5x14 I think but with the long nosecone it's maybe possible to fit a larger prop. Thanks in advance! |

I would go right to a RFM 12x17 on 4S. Should draw about 110-120A and be a good match for an Excite hotliner.
