Flips and rolls were really slow so I checked my settings with the bluetoot and android app, all 3 profiles were back to default

Does anyone know what that might be due to ?
Have you shorted the 5V regulator bypass jumper? If not, and you're running from the BEC input then the voltage to the CPU will be less than 4V and may cause eeprom programming problems.

multirotormania is fast becoming the go-to source for many over RTFQ.com. Another great source of gear is ubuyadrone.com. I had an extensive conversation with the proprietor this morning via facebook messenger regarding questions on a ZMR250 setup he was selling. You can't ask for more responsiveness than that! Oh, and its shipping the same day as it was purchased.

Ive got a feeling shipping to europe is going to be insane from MRM..
No real way to check without completing an order, which is unfortunate.

Any chinese/european sources for flip32 type boards that are broadly accepted as reliable?
I bought a big bag of lemons with my three Flip 1.5's and I plan to avoid it this time around.

Seems like the CC3D boards are quite popular. Aliexpress (China) has them for under $15 (US) with free shipping. http://www.aliexpress.com/af/Cc3d.ht...Id=&isViewCP=y

I have one ordered that I'm waiting on delivery to try out, so I don't have any real experience with these. Perhaps someone can chime in and give their opinion.

I did it on one board, not sure about the current one... thanks for the reminder, I'll check that !

I got a cheap CC3D board from banggood and it didn't last very long.
I had crashes, that's for sure... but the RX connectors failed pretty quick, even though I don't see how pressure would be put on it at all. I hot-glued it and kept going until a few sessions later the whole quad became erratic for no obvious reason. That's when I put my flip 1.5 back into action.
So if you buy a CC3D I would try a trust-worthy source for sure - unless you don't mind trying one for $17 for a bashing quad

Have you did a proper test after you did the solder mod on your miniV? I had no time yet, and you did the solder mod after me...
