I wish there was a like function to "like" a post or whatever....

I agree with Chris as well.

And there goes my two evenings of setting up the masking trim scheme...

Just kiddin'. It's good to see any and all respectable SC schemes.

Kevin,

first apologies for not getting back to you yet on the other "media" matter. Will do by email.

We'll have to discuss the mask/trim further as I'm not sure how this is done specifically. As you know, the box scheme (with some license) has been reproduced in CAD full scale so that should be a good starting point for the masks.

Are we aiming for an all paint finish or will there be some covering as well?

I came across a pair of MK "HP" retracts and picked them up. Does anyone know what MK design they were made for?

The only model that comes to mind is the SC as it's the only 120 size design made for retracts. These units mount like a nose gear with "base" flanges and are quite deep. They also retract backward (instead of sideways) as they do in Zlins and the original SC.

I really like the sunburst variant in metallic pink and blue on the Seagull Chipmunk. (I have one - flies awful, looks stunning).
