Simple Dollar Tree foamboard RC ( skirtless ) hovercraft
Made from 1 piece of Dollar Tree foamboard , some hot glue , packing tape , and popsickle sticks . 1 motor ( on throttle channel ) in can for lift . 2nd motor ( on elevator channel ) for thrust . Just disable the + wire on one of the ESC's going to the receiver so only ONE of the ESC's powers the receiver . Rudder servo can go on either rudder or aileron channel .
Works best on smoother surfaces . If you're going to use it outdoors , put something like window screen material at the bottom of the lift can to keep tiny rocks from kicking up into the prop . Works great for drifting !

Well,finished the Flipflop today and brought to the flying club for maiden flight,did a short flying in the field and cut away prop a bit shorter for easier flipflopping handling,but unfortunately stopped dued to the strong gusty wind
 will do the job again and post vid soonest.... continueing on the hovercraft Sam PICT1124 |
