I'm looking for an advanced aerobatic foamy trainer to help me sharpen my
aerobatic skills. He's my thinking:

I want a foamy so it will be easier to repair as I extend my flying envelope...my last spin recovery was just a little short

I'd like to be able to use my current supply of 2200 - 2650 3S batteries.

Been considering the 3DH 48" EPP Extra, Dynam Sbach, and the,PZ Extra 300.

Comments, and free advice welcome.

Any DW Foamies 48inch,they all fly amazing and are perfect for your batts. The juka is the most popular but you can't go wrong with any of them.

I'm partial to 3DHS, but whatever you do, save yourself some trouble and don't buy the PZ Extra 300. I had one and they fly like a brick...in my opinion.

Harrye, here's a snippet that's relevant to your desire for a 3D plane:

Some customers have purchased the Extra 300 expecting to use it for 3D flying. However, the ParkZone Extra 300 was not designed for 3D flight...

That should be 'nuff said on that one.

3DHS has a couple nice foamies, as does Twisted, Telink and a dozen others.
Go for EPP. It's near indestructible. Generally a bit of glue will take care of any 'serious' mishap, if you do manage to break it.

If you are going to use it for a trainer buy EPP foam.With epo are depron you're going to get only a couple of good crashs and thier done. Might as well use balsa,some of the better built balsa planes take a pretty good hit.If you want to transfer what you learn with foam you need a plane that fly's as close to balsa as you can get So what we're talken here are the Telink line of planes sold by twistedhobbys, Epp as tuff as hell , hard to hurt (I never have) and fly great, read thru some of thier posts so many can't be wrong!

Actually, I overlooked the "Trainer" in the title.

For beginners, I always recommend the 3DHS 33" EPP Extra, and as a next step the 35" Sabre from ValueHobby http://www.valuehobby.com/sabre-35es...dy-to-fly.html .

The Extra will bounce off the grass and keep on flying, and airtime for the beginner is the key factor in progressing.

And, the Sabre, while not a foamy, is just an incredibly stable, but very capable airframe that will instill confidence.

And, both are very inexpensive.
