Bart,

Very cool way you did the tail wheel - coupling it to the gear servo - I was wondering how you did that...

Cheers!

What a great thread! It's inspiring to see so many interesting designs, I just love float planes

I really like to be able fly and land off water, grass, snow, ice, sand, gravel... you fly this thing as a plane, as a boat or just race around on grass. I love the concept and it's such a nice plane to fly! Here are some pics and some vids of my HK Skipper (aka. Joysway Dragonfly, based off the Polaris model):

2 Skippers and 1 airboat at the beach:
RC fun at the beach (5 min 18 sec)

Flying with another Skipper:
HK Skipper farewell (3 min 52 sec)

Almost plowed through a wave on takeoff @ 6:00:

Kinda long but some nice footage all the same:

Love it! I have a G-44 Wigeon but the wheels are just painted on. Not amphibious (on purpose).

Nice work

Excellent Bart,

2:53, 4:51 sweeter than wine!

7:04 what a tease.

Handles the weather beautifully.

3 weeks - 3 weeks - just 3 weeks...

Hi Don - nice meeting you yesterday.

Cheers!

Great meeting you too Gary! Getting familiar with the instructions right now. Making plans to fly the forebay.

Very Nice ! The sound of the seagulls makes it look and sound very realistic.
I love the low passes right off the water. What a difference in wind from the beginning of the vid to the end. But it does not seem to bother the Goose too much.
It would be great to see a long takeoff/landing to simulate a real plane. Again that was just awesome.
