Did some tests and tuning in my living room today since it's really windy outside, this is my first full test of the fpv gear while hovering. (also my first youtube video!)

Here are a few pics. Just running a gopro to an immersion 600mw TX. Running a 5000mAh pack. Still want to add a GPS to the Naza, and an OSD. Perhaps an EZUHF down the road.

yeah I like them alot better than my old ones. Getting 8 minutes with 3300 3S lipos. Hovering at half stick

I balanced my props to the best of my abilities and when holding the frame in one hand while I give throttle it seems pretty smooth with no obvious bad vibrations that I can feel.

znbang: Looks great and top rate! Might want to solder those battery to ESC connectors for reliability, esp. after you work out all the kinks. That was one of the recommendations direct from Tom the "HT man". I've even soldered my ESC to motor connections, on two of my Quads, after a few flights, and I know the motors are rotating the correct way. Makes for more work in a repair, but more reliable flight.
This is not meant, in anyway as a criticisms, but I've had problems with my 3.5mm connectors sometimes and they are hard to pin down.

znbang, Just to back up what glmccready said above... Those bullet connectors will come loose. Not may, but will, lol. Sound like this may have happened before? Get the quad up and running, motors turning the correct direction, etc. Then see the following (also on a thread on my RCG blog page).

Heat Shrink - Buy a bunch of it and use it. Example: When configuring a multirotor and you get the motors spinning the right direction, take the bullet connectors loose one at a time and slip another piece of heat shrink over them. Reconnect the bullet and then shrink the heat tube down to hold those connectors in place. They wont come apart, but are still easy to get apart if you need to using an xacto or side cutters.

I've been doing some LOS GoPro shots for my brother. He had to asked me to take some aerial photos to document his pool being built. I took the liberty to fly around a bit so he also got some video too! The ole' HTFPV has done well. I'm waiting on my 5.8g Predators to come in to do some more FPV. Here are a couple videos!
OH- I was using some turnigy 1050's and the DJI 920's but I recently switched to the T-Motor 900kv (still using 3s), balanced my 10" props, and with the fpv manuals GoPro Pad I'm getting little to no JELLO!

Hi I noticed also the 1.2 Ghz at 1 watt is close to the GPS. If you have difficulty locking on the GPS it will be because of separation of the VTX antenna to the GPS rcvr. Shutting off the VTX will verify if it occurs.

I've had a great time this week with my first Quad FPV flight. Note that flying into the wind (based on the flags) makes more vibration.

FYI when I had my GPS there it had a horrible time getting/keeping a lock do to the interference from the GoPro/Electronics. You might have better luck, but just be aware of it.

Hi everyone. I'd like to tell you a little story. I recently crashed my HT frame and broke two landing gears and one of the motor mounts. I emailed the HT folks and asked for suggestions on different landing gears for beginners and decided the pool noodle would be the best option

I then went ahead and ordered a new front arm (just in case) and a set of 4 motor mounts.

I received the package yesterday and, to my surprise, there was a set of new landing gears. Attached to the package with the Landing gear was a piece of paper and hand drawn smiley
